    The expiry date (PaO) is indicated on the label. The PaO indicates the time interval in which a cosmetic can be used, after the first opening, without generating undesirable effects. For the INSTANT BOTOX EFFECT Masquein, the deadline for use is 12 months after opening.
  • ARE THE PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
    ABSOLUTELY NO, all MASQUEIN products are not tested on animals, in compliance with the European Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009 which prohibits the placing on the market of products tested on animals.
  • WHAT ARE THE TIMES AND COSTS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY?
    All orders placed by 2.00 pm are processed and departed within 24/48h. All those made after 14:00 are set up and depart the following working day (therefore excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Delivery times are: ITALY - from 3 to 5 working days. Cost €6.50. FREE FOR ORDERS OVER €60 EUROPE - 4 to 8 working days. Cost €19.50. FREE FOR ORDERS OVER €250 INTERNATIONAL - 5 to 9 business days. Cost €29. FREE FOR ORDERS OVER €350 For purchases made in specific periods characterized by holidays or promotions, normal shipping and delivery times may not be guaranteed.   • I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL: HOW CAN I DO IT?
    Check that it hasn't ended up in your "spam" or "commercial" folder. Search for "MASQUEIN" in the search bar. If you cannot find the order confirmation email, contact customer support by providing your name and surname, the email address with which you finalized the purchase, the shipping address.
  • CAN I CHANGE THE ORDER ONCE CONFIRMED?
    No, once the order has been confirmed it is no longer possible to modify it as the products are already registered in the logistics database and are being prepared in order to guarantee the shortest possible processing time. If you have forgotten to add a product, you will necessarily have to proceed with a new order.
